The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee covering manufacturing and compliance faults (eg malfunctions, breakdowns and breakages resulting from normal use, defects of the goods) of the products themselves for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.
• The legal guarantee can not be asserted by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.
• The legal guarantee gives the right to request the seller: at the consumer's choice, the repair or replacement of the goods, without expenses, provided that the solution requested is not impossible or excessively expensive compared to the alternative, considered: the size of the any defect, the
value of the product without defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding major inconveniences to the customer;
or in case the repair or replacement result or impossible, excessively burdensome or late or involve significant inconveniences for the customer and are not effective to solve the problem the customer has the right to ask for a price reduction or termination of the contract. In determining the amount of the reduction or the sum to be repaid, the use of the asset must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to repair or replace the product, the contract can not be terminated.
• The seller carries out the repair or replacement of the product within the maximum time 60 days from delivery of the same to the point of sale, excluding the time needed to procure spare parts not immediately available.
• In order to enforce the warranty the customer must by law:
or keep and show the purchase receipt,
or report the defect within two months of its discovery;
